Sales Executive – Electrical, ELV & Allied Projects
Generate and close business for Electrical, ELV and allied projects across commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Electrical, ELV and allied projects.
- Identify upcoming commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure projects.
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, architects, EPC contractors and builders.
- Generate project enquiries and obtain BOQs, specifications and tender requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and convert enquiries into POs/WOs.
- Conduct client meetings and regular project and site visits.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with estimation, technical and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for additional work, variations and repeat business.
Product and solution exposure
Experience in any of the following is preferred:
- Electrical: electrical contracting, LT/HT, distribution, lighting, power and allied systems
- ELV: BMS/building automation, IPIS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA/BGM, structured cabling, networking, data and server rooms, parking/ANPR, boom barriers
Candidate profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Electrical, ELV or project sales.
- Strong client-handling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the construction and project business.
- Target-oriented, able to generate business independently.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and project visits.
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years · Salary: as per experience, plus performance incentives
Sales Telecaller
Call and follow up on enquiries, explain services clearly and book appointments.
- Clear, friendly communication in Hindi and English
- Telecalling or sales experience preferred
Store Manager cum Admin Executive
Run day-to-day store operations, stock and billing, and handle office administration.
- Experience in store or office administration
- Organised, reliable and good with customers
Aesthetic Therapist
Perform skin and aesthetic treatments and look after clients before and after each session.
- Certification or experience in aesthetic or skin treatments
- Good client-handling skills
Bakery CDP (Chef de Partie)
Run a bakery section: prepare breads, cakes and baked goods to standard recipes, and maintain quality and hygiene.
- Professional bakery or pastry experience
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Dietitian
Consult clients, create personalised diet plans and track their progress.
- Degree in nutrition and dietetics
- Good communication; Hindi and English preferred
