Brand identity design that makes you easy to recognise and easy to trust

A logo is the smallest part of a brand. We build the whole system: name use, colours, type, layouts, tone of voice and the rules that keep every touchpoint consistent.

Signs your brand is holding you back

Every vendor makes you look different

The website, brochure, signboard and Instagram all use different colours and fonts, so the business looks smaller than it is.

The logo doesn't work small

It blurs on a phone, disappears on a favicon and can't be embroidered or engraved.

You look like everyone else in your category

The same blue, the same stock imagery, the same promises, so buyers compare on price alone.

What's included

Everything below is scoped in your proposal. You see exactly what’s being done each month.

Discovery and research

Interviews with you and, where possible, customers; a review of competitors and the category's visual habits.

Positioning and messaging

What you stand for, who it's for and how to say it, in one page before any design starts.

Logo and identity design

Two or three distinct routes, refined into one, with the reasoning for every choice.

Brand guidelines

Logo use, colour, type, imagery, iconography and tone of voice, with do's and don'ts.

UI/UX and digital assets

Website and app interface styles, social templates and email signatures.

Print and environment

Stationery, packaging, brochures, signage and trade-show material, ready for the printer.

How it runs

  1. Discover

Workshop and research to understand the business, buyers and competitors.

  2. Define

Positioning, personality and messaging agreed in writing before design.

  3. Design

Identity routes presented, one chosen and refined with your feedback.

  4. Deliver

Final files in every format, guidelines and templates, plus a handover call with your team.

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • New businesses that want to launch looking established
  • Companies that have outgrown a logo made in a hurry years ago
  • Businesses entering a new market, raising funds or launching a new product line
  • Teams that will use the guidelines across many vendors and channels

Probably not the right fit if

  • You need only a quick logo for this week: a full identity takes several weeks
  • You can't involve decision-makers in workshops and reviews
  • You want to copy a competitor's look: we'll help you stand apart instead

Brand Identity Design: common questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly or message us on WhatsApp.

How long does a brand identity project take?

Most identity projects take four to eight weeks, depending on research depth and how quickly feedback comes back. Logo-only projects are shorter.

How many logo options will we see?

Usually two or three distinct directions, each with a clear rationale, then rounds of refinement on the one you choose.

Do we own the final designs?

Yes. On final payment, you receive the source files and full rights to use the identity. Any licensed fonts or images are listed separately.

Can you refresh our existing brand instead of starting over?

Yes. If your brand has recognition worth keeping, we modernise it rather than replace it.

Do you also design packaging?

Yes, including dielines from your printer, labels and regulatory text placement.
