Terms of Service
The terms that apply to paid work with Quantum Vision, alongside your signed proposal or agreement.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to paid services provided by Quantum Vision (“we”, “us”). They apply together with the proposal, quotation or agreement you accept (the “Agreement”). If anything conflicts, the Agreement takes precedence. Use of our website is covered by our Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of work
The services, deliverables, timelines and reporting are set out in the Agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and starts only after you approve it in writing.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are stated in the Agreement. Invoices are payable within [X] days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice. Fees are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable.
4. Advertising spend
Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform (such as Google or Meta) unless the Agreement says otherwise. Our management fee is separate from ad spend.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information, approvals and feedback; to confirm that content and claims you supply are accurate and lawful; and to hold the rights to materials you give us, such as logos, images and product information.
6. Accounts and access
Advertising, analytics, domain, hosting and social media accounts should be owned by you, with us added as users. Where we create an account on your behalf, we transfer ownership to you on request once fees are paid.
7. Approvals
We share work for review before it goes live. Work is treated as approved when you confirm it, or when it goes live at your request.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, unless the Agreement says otherwise. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and pre-existing materials, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, music and plugins remain subject to their own licences.
9. Portfolio use
We may mention you as a client and show work we created for you in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to in writing or the work is confidential.
10. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform the Agreement. We will sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
11. Data protection
Where we process personal data for you, such as leads from your campaigns, we do so on your instructions and in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party platforms
Search engines, ad platforms, social networks and hosting providers can change their rules, prices or algorithms at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or account actions, though we will help you respond to them.
13. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or return on ad spend. We commit to doing the agreed work with reasonable skill and care, and reporting honestly on it.
14. Term and termination
The Agreement states its term and notice period. Either side may end it by giving that notice in writing. Fees for work done up to the end date remain payable, and we will hand over your accounts, files and access.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under the Agreement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
