Will moving hosts cause downtime?
Migration is done on a copy of your site, tested, then switched over at a quiet time. The old host stays in place until everything is confirmed working.
Do we keep ownership of our domain and site?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name, and you can request a full copy of your site and database at any time.
What happens if the site gets hacked?
We isolate the problem, restore from a clean backup or clean the files, close the vulnerability and tell you what happened.
Do you host sites you didn't build?
Yes, after a review. If a site has serious problems, we'll tell you before you sign up.
Is email hosting included?
We recommend a dedicated email service such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and can help set it up.
